This series of heavy duty CNC flange lathes adopts a high-rigidity horizontal integral bed structure with an optimized rib-reinforced design, effectively minimizing deformation and significantly improving machining accuracy.

The Z-axis feed is equipped with a centrally positioned ballscrew drive system, combined with a servo motor, precision ballscrew, and super-audio frequency hardened guideways, ensuring exceptional operational stability and highly accurate micro-feed performance.

The machine is equipped with a three-speed variable-frequency stepless spindle system, offering the advantages of high spindle speed and low operating noise. Its fully enclosed protective design, together with a movable operator control panel, provides both enhanced safety and a user-friendly operating experience.

In addition, the lathe supports various turret configurations, including vertical or horizontal 4 station and 6 station tool turrets, as well as optional chuck and tailstock setups. It can also be flexibly integrated with mainstream CNC control systems such as FANUC and Siemens, meeting a wide range of heavy duty cutting and machining requirements.
